If you haven’t heard Yahoo and Zillow have recently partnered and it’s definitely shaking things up. It’s going to be interesting watching Move, Yahoo/Zillow and Trulia battle for position but don’t count the local Brokers out!
Local and regional listings websites are actually gaining steam on the web. Real Estate franchises, multiple listing services and brokers are offering consumer’s superior websites. The national listings websites are now starting to feel the pressure to step up their game. What’s most important to anyone’s listings site is not so much the amount of traffic you are receiving but are you creating business from the traffic. Direct traffic to your website may just convert better then SEO generated traffic.
