Blog, blog, blog!!! Why should I do it, you might ask. Here’s the deal, the more you’re squawkin the more you’re “clockin” (selling).

Forums like Trulia allow you the “Specialist” to answer questions on topics people post. You may choose from the topics you specialize in and when a question gets posted it will then get emailed to you. If you are quick to respond you will grab the attention of the person asking the question. For example, Joe seller says “I am thinking about Short Selling my house and I need to know the pitfalls of doing so”. If you answer quickly and intelligently you might get a shot at a listing presentation. If done regularly you will develop a reputation, hopefully as a trusted advisor which in turn brings referrals and deals.

Set a half an hour to an hour a day to blog in a few forums of your choice.
